FAQs
How does the Programming work?
Our monthly memberships are designed to incorporate progressive overload to get you the best results. By repeating the same workouts for 4 weeks it allows you to build on your performance each week, progressively increasing weight and improving your strength.
Each 4 week training block is broken into 2 phases
Phase 1: week 1 & 2
Phase 2: week 3 & 4
Although your workouts stay the same, your reps will slightly change in weeks 3 & 4 to assist with progress overload. This ensures you’re continuing to challenge yourself.
We’re ditching the random workouts, we’re training with a purpose.
How do the Memberships work?
Our memberships are based on recurring billing periods with the option of monthly, quarterly (every 12 weeks) or annually (every 52 weeks). Choosing quarterly memberships provides members with a discount due to the longer membership period. Annual members receive extra benefits such as free entry into challenges, custom macros + calories and more! All memberships are recurring.
Which Membership is for me?
This depends on your goals but we recommend allowing at least 12 weeks of training to start forming a routine and seeing results. Trust the process. You can always start with our monthly memberships and switch to our other memberships down the track - just message us in-app or at support@wrkit.app.
Why are the Memberships priced in AUD?
WRK IT is an Australian based brand and therefore we have all our programs priced in AUD. You will still be able to access our programs, the price will simply convert through your bank.
As currency conversions tend to fluctuate here is an approximate USD conversion:
Annual Membership: $300 AUD / $198 USD
Monthly Memberships: $45 AUD / $30 USD
Quarterly Membership: $100 AUD / $66 USD

How do I access the App?
Once you join one of our WRK IT membership programs you will be prompted to set up your app profile. Once this is complete, you will receive a direct link to download the WRK IT app. Simply log in with your registered email and password and you will have full access to your workouts and all the (glorious) features of the WRK IT app.
When does the Program start?
Our monthly memberships commence on the day of purchase so that you can get started right away! If that doesn’t suit you - simply message us in-app and we can adjust your start date for you.
Can I join from anywhere?
Yes! Our membership programs are available worldwide.
How long do I have access to the App for?
You will have access to the app as long as you have an active membership. If you cancel your membership, your account will be deactivated once the duration of your membership has lapsed. For example, if you cancel on week 2 of your monthly membership you will have access to the final 2 weeks before your account is deactivated.
What if I want to switch Memberships?
No problem! Just contact us in-app or at support@wrkit.app and we’ll help you make the switch.
Can I pause my Membership?
Unfortunately, we’re unable to pause memberships but we can backdate your program for you if you happen to fall behind on your workouts! Just message us in-app or at support@wrkit.app.
How do I cancel my Membership?
We’re sorry to see you go! You can cancel your membership at any time with 1 minimum billing period, no lock-in contracts. This means that for example if you choose our monthly subscription you can cancel any time before your next billing cycle and will receive access to 1 month of training. We’re not locking you in — once you experience the WRK IT difference you’ll want to be a part of it!
