FAQs
How do I access the App?
Once you join one of our WRK IT programs you will be prompted to set up your app profile. Once this is complete, you will receive a direct link to download the WRK IT app. Simply log in with your registered email and password and you will have full access to your workouts and all the (glorious) features of the WRK IT app.
Can I join from anywhere?
Yes! The WRK IT App is available worldwide.
When does the Program start?
MEMBERSHIPS
Our monthly memberships commence on the day of purchase so that you can get started right away! If that doesn’t suit you - simply message us in-app and we can adjust your start date for you.
CHALLENGES
Our challenges have specific start dates as they are designed to be done together! Keep an eye out for Challenge announcements and our challenge landing page for specific launch dates.
CUSTOM COACHING
As custom coaching is a tailored program with specific intake dates, custom programs will have a specific date in which the program will be live. Usually, this is 2 weeks after an intake date - allowing Coach Dannibelle and our team to create the customised programs and build them in-app for you! Once again, keep an eye out for custom coaching intake announcements - you don’t want to miss out!
How long do I have access to the App for?
MEMBERSHIPS
You will have access to the WRK IT app as long as you have an active membership. If you cancel your membership, your account will be deactivated once the duration of your membership has lapsed. As you pay for your selected term in advance you will receive access to the remainder of that term upon cancellation. Unsure? Email us at support@wrkit.app
CHALLENGES
You will have access to the app for the challenge period only. For example 8 week challenges will provide you with 8 weeks of access to the WRK IT App
CUSTOM COACHING
You will have access to the WRK IT app for the duration of your custom coaching block (usually 8 weeks) if you choose to continue custom coaching after the 8 week minimum, you will continue to have access to the app with your active custom coaching membership.
Can I workout at Home?
Yes! Our dumbbell programs simply require 2 x sets of dumbbells, a booty band and a bench or stable surface you feel comfortable performing exercises on. The WRK IT app allows you to substitute exercises so if you don’t have access to certain equipment you can substitute these within your workout to suit.
What Equipment do I need?
GYM PROGRAMS
Our gym based programs require a range of gym equipment including a barbell, dumbbells, squat rack, machines etc. So we recommend having access to a commercial gym. The WRK IT app allows you to substitute exercises so if you don’t have access to certain equipment you can substitute these within your workout.
DUMBBELL PROGRAMS
Our dumbbell programs require 2 sets of dumbbells (ideally 1 x heavier set and 1 x lighter set), booty band and a bench.
