What is custom coaching, and how does it differ from other WRK IT programs?

Custom coaching is a personalised approach designed to meet your unique needs and goals. Unlike standardised coaching programs, custom coaching offers a tailored training and nutrition experience. Work 1 on 1 with our coaches and nutritionists to achieve the best results on your fitness journey.

How do I know if custom coaching is right for me?

Custom coaching is suitable for individuals seeking personalised guidance and support. If you have a specific goal, challenge or preferences that require a tailored approach, custom coaching is a good coaching solution for you.

How does the custom coaching process work?

The WRK IT custom coaching process involves an initial assessment to understand your goals and challenges. From there, your personalised coaching plan is developed and depending on your plan of choice this will be a custom training program or both a custom training program and custom meal plan. Fortnightly check-ins are scheduled to provide guidance, feedback, and support.

Why is there a sign up fee?

Onboarding a new client is an in-depth process that requires our team to collect information from the client, turn this into customised nutrition and training targets and build the custom program in-app. This is a one-off non-refundable fee, if you continue training with us beyond the initial period you will not be charged this fee again.

How long do I have access to the program?

As long as you have an active membership with us you will have access to your custom program and all features of custom coaching.

Is there a minimum term commitment for custom coaching?

Yes, the minimum commitment for our custom coaching is 8 weeks. This time frame allows us to work together effectively, set and achieve goals and see tangible progress.

What happens after the 8-week period?

You can choose to continue to train with us and will receive new programming for the new training block. Our team will reach out to you when your initial training period is coming to an end, you can choose to cancel your membership or continue training.
