What is included in the WRK IT App membership?
Your membership gives you full access to the entire WRK IT App, including all workout programs, challenges, training styles, and resources. You also get access to nutrition guides, education content and our online community for support and accountability.
What is the difference between the monthly and annual memberships?
There is no difference in access. Both memberships include everything inside the app.
The only difference is how you pay.
- Monthly membership is $45AUD billed every 4 weeks
- Annual membership is $300AUD billed every 52 weeks. This memberships saves you $240AUD compared to paying monthly
Do I get access to all programs and challenges?
Yes. Once you join, you can choose from all available programs and challenges inside the app at any time. You are not locked into one program and can switch whenever you like.
Can I change programs if I want something different?
Absolutely. You can change programs whenever you need. Whether you want to train at home, in the gym or switch training styles, everything is available inside the app.
Do I need gym equipment?
Our app allows you to train your way and includes gym based programs or dumbbell based programs. You can choose what works best for you.
Is there a community or support inside the app?
Yes, when you join the WRK IT app you will automatically join our in-app community where you can connect with others, ask questions and stay motivated.
