I am honestly in one of the best places I’ve ever been mentally. I had done a bikini show pageant sort of competition prior to this and had really been focusing on fat loss and the number on the scale. FAQs
When does the Challenge start?
The WRK IT ‘25 Challenge starts 13th January 2025.
Can I join from anywhere?
Yes! Our challenge is available worldwide.
When will I have access to my Workouts?
Every challenge member will receive their workouts on the official start date of the challenge (13th January 2025).
When will I receive my custom calories + macros & meal plan?
Once you have completed your challenge consultation form please allow 3 - 5 days (Monday - Friday) for our in-house nutritionist to provide your individual targets and sample meal plan. These will be provided to you prior to the commencement of the challenge provided you have completed the challenge consultation form.
What Equipment do I need?
GYM PROGRAMS
Our gym based programs require a range of gym equipment including a barbell, dumbbells, squat rack, machines etc. So we recommend having access to a commercial gym. The WRK IT app allows you to substitute exercises so if you don’t have access to certain equipment you can substitute these within your workout.
DUMBBELL PROGRAMS
Our dumbbell programs require 2 sets of dumbbells (ideally 1 x heavier set and 1 x lighter set), booty band and bench.
How long do I have access to the App for?
You will have access to the app for the duration of the challenge period (8 weeks). For ongoing access to the WRK IT app after the challenge, please see our membership options here.
WIll I be able to interact with other Challenge Members?
Yes! Everyone who joins the challenge will be added to our in-app WRK IT community where you will be able to interact and support each other as you smash your challenge workouts and form strong bonds with other WRK IT girls from all over the world!
How do I enter to win the Challenge prize?
Submit your before photos upon sign-up. Once the challenge is complete we will contact you with a feedback form to collect your testimonial and “after” photo. We’ll then select our winner based on their consistency within the challenge, interaction with the WRK IT community and results!
