
EASY SALMON & VEGETABLES RECIPE

When it comes to dinners, we love to keep things simple. It's not about reinventing the wheel every night, it's about creating meals that are nutiritiously balanced and equally as tasty - and this Salmon and Vegetables recipe is just that! Perfect for meal prep or just a healthy addition to your weekly meal plan.
Ingredients:
- 1 salmon fillet
- 80g broccoli, chopped
- 1/2 zucchini, sliced
- 1/2 red capsicum, sliced
- 50g green beans
- 1 cup leafy greens
- 1 tbsp balsamic glaze
Method:
- Cook salmon fillet in a frypan, switching sides until it's cooked through.
- Remove from the pan and set aside. Use the same pan to cook your vegetables.
- In a bowl or plate, add leafy greens on the bottom. Place all cooked vegetables on top with salmon. Drizzle balsamic glaze over the top.
